We are writing to inform you of an emergency maintenance window at our Wakefield data centre.
As part of our ongoing infrastructure improvements, we will be upgrading our core network switching equipment. This work was scheduled to be completed at the end of this month, but to remedy intermittent issues a subset of customers are experiencing, this has been brought forward to the earliest available opportunity.
This work requires a maintenance window, during which a brief interruption to network connectivity is expected.

Date: Wednesday 14th January 2026
Start time: 20:00 GMT
End time: 21:00 GMT
We expect any disruption to network connectivity should last no more than 10 minutes. However, a larger maintenance window has been allocated to allow our engineers to complete the work safely and carry out post-maintenance checks. Our senior engineering team will be monitoring the work closely throughout the maintenance window to minimise disruption.
